What Is The Project?

The Simply Help Foundation built houses in El Salvador, together with NGO ‘Un Techo para mi Pais’, after an earthquake had destroyed the homes of hundreds of El Salvadorans.

Why Is It Needed?

El Salvador’s National Emergency Committee (COEN) reported 726 deaths, 4,421 injuries, 1,016,440 people affected, 74,955 houses destroyed, and 109,359 houses damaged. The Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) estimated that 68,000 people had been evacuated, and that 60,000 people were living in temporary shelters.

Future Activities

The Simply Help Foundation will continue to assist victims of natural disasters in the future.
