118 bed Skilled Nursing Facility, focus is continually put on resident needs to help them return home after a hospital stay with Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapists.

2021 4/7 Donate Masks to Los Robles Regional Medical Center
Today we continue our mission to care for our healthcare workers. Foundation donated Level III isolation gowns, KN95 masks and face shields to Los Robles Regional Medical Center, the largest hospital in eastern Ventura County. It is a hospital and medical center complex in the city of Thousand Oaks. It is a 382-bed acute care hospital with a level II trauma center
