駐吐瓦魯國大使館蘇大使仁崇8月25日代表幫幫忙基金會慈善組織捐贈吐瓦魯愛心布料資貨櫃，吐國由地方政府部部長羅歐依（Katepu Laoi）代表吐國政府及人民接受。

蘇大使表示，這是在我洛杉磯僑民慈善組織「幫幫忙基金會」協助下，首度安排捐贈愛心布料貨櫃予吐國，共計捐贈462匹布料。時值全球疫情影響各國經濟及人民生活之際，盼能嘉惠吐國基層人民。
