One of our senior center in Salvador is currently under construction to build a very strong and solid wall because the wall collapsed due to landslides during the last rainy season. We hope that the wall of the deep ditch can be completed this time so that it will not happen again next time. Let the elderly live safely and securely. This project will take at least six to eight months to complete, thanks to all the caring people who donated.
2024 9/25 Senior Center
The construction of the landslide at our nursing home started today. Zaragoza Municipal Government staff first cleared the weeds because the ditch was too deep. All the municipal government teams.
2024 7/13 Senior Center
Recently, there have been heavy rains in El Salvador for several days. The ground in the new center in front of Ruihua Nursing Home has cracked and part of the wall has collapsed. Now we are looking for an engineer to estimate how to build a soil-proof wall.
2023 11/7 Senior Center 4
There are already 49 elderly people living in our Senior Center 4, but it was too full, So local and European NGOs spent $30,000 to build a building next to it. A large house can accommodate 12 elderly people, also they bought beds, wheelchairs and televisions, we now support 168 elderly people every month. They are all very grateful to everyone for giving them a warm home.
