A human rights disaster overlooked by the world!
The endless battles between Myanmar’s military junta and rebel groups have resulted in the displacement of millions of refugees. In the midst of this turmoil The Simply Help Foundation and local religious organizations joined forces to mount rescue operations by delivering containers of civilian essentials such
as food, medicine, and personal assistance to disaster-stricken areas in Myanmar.

Fundraising for Computer Equipment at a Myanmar School
Palbar Ling Center, located in Nyphabaw, Burma, the capital of Myanmar, currently has 40-50 students. The students, aged approximately 5-20, are mainly from impoverished families and unable to attend school. Fundraising is underway to purchase 5 computers for teaching and school operations, giving these unfortunate children the opportunity to learn skills to earn a living. The students have already begun their studies.

Yesterday we packed the last two containers of the year: a 40-foot container of supplies for the Hope of Life Foundation in Guatemala; and a container of instant noodles for Haiti, which we purchased and had delivered with the help of the Food for the Poor organization. We’re also preparing our first container for next year to go to Myanmar to donate to local temples
