Following flash floods and mudslides in the Nepalese Himalayas, many victims lost their homes and faced dire circumstances. In the aftermath of the disaster, what they need most is not lavish aid, but the most basic and practical necessities.
On this day, lamas and volunteers bustled between several warehouses, unloading and organizing supplies, preparing to deliver everyone’s love to the disaster area.

2026 6/6 Preparing a container for Mongolia.
Today we’ve prepared a 40-foot container for Mongolia, it containing children’s clothes, toys, shoes, socks, and other daily necessities, to be distributed by a representative from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

At our senior center (Rehua Nursing Home) in El Salvador, volunteers performed for the elderly, enjoying a pleasant weekend together.

2026 2/25 San Bernardino Homeless Distribution
Simplyhelp Foundation delivered a truckload of supplies to the homeless encampment in San Bernardino. As the night temperature plummeted, boxes of warm blankets, scarves, and hats were delivered to them. As well as provided instant noodles, dry rations, and pastries to nourish the homeless. The homeless were deeply grateful.
