2014 4/23 Central America distribution trip

Dear All,
We are currently distributing our eight containers of donations to Central America in El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua and Panama.
I am also visiting all five of our SimplyHelp Senior Centers and our two Vocational Training Centers. The work being done here to protect these abandoned seniors and to train low-income youths to help pull them out of poverty is remarkable and inspiring. We have experienced tear-filled expressions of gratitude from people we have been able to help.
The assistance we have received from the former-first-lady in El Salvador, Dona Ely, and from Pastor Soto has been outstanding. Church members have contributed their time and much sweat to help complete Senior Centers #4 and #5.
Thank you all so much for all your donations of time, effort and money. This could not be possible without your willingness to give from your hearts. We will report more details to you after we arrive back in L.A. on May 10th.

2014 4/10 Simplyhelp Urgent Need Warehouse Space

Dear All,

We have shipped eight containers to six countries so far this year. A big “thank you” to the all donors and volunteers who helped to make this possible! All the shipped containers have safely arrived in each country. We are planning to have a distribution trip to each those countries: El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua and Panama, which will start on April 19th. If any of you would like to join us, please email tinabow2003@yahoo.com.

Also, we are fortunate to have three more donors who are donating four containers of new clothes, new shoes and rice. Haiti needs food, so we will be sending the rice we have there.

We still need storage space for the other three containers of donations. Each container of goods take up 320 sq. ft. of space (16 pallets), and will be stored until February of 2015. If you know anyone who would be willing to donate storage space to SimplyHelp, please contact Tina at 213-626-7676. The rent amount for the donated space is tax deductible. Also, all donations of merchandise are tax deductible.

Thank you so much for your assistance in this matter!
